Frontlist is a product of Aunesty, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). These terms govern your use of Frontlist (the "service"), available at frontlist.aunesty.com.
You need an account to use Frontlist. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your location, to create an account.
Frontlist is a tracking tool. It helps you keep records of your books' production status and where they're listed for sale. Frontlist does not submit, publish, upload, or distribute your books to any platform on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for actually publishing your work through each platform directly, and for complying with each platform's own terms.
Frontlist offers a limited free tier and paid subscriptions billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal inside the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
You retain all rights to the information you enter into Frontlist, book titles, formats, platform statuses, vendor notes, and anything else you add. We don't claim ownership of it, and we don't store manuscript files, cover images, or other creative work, Frontlist only stores the metadata and status information you type in.
Don't use Frontlist to store or transmit anything illegal, to attempt to access other users' accounts or data, or to interfere with the service's operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We aim to keep Frontlist available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, make changes, or occasionally experience downtime.
Frontlist is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aunesty, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost sales, lost data, or missed publishing deadlines. Your use of Frontlist doesn't replace your own diligence in managing your actual publishing accounts and submissions.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify active subscribers by email.
